A fixed quote before you book
Every route is reviewed individually. We confirm availability and send a fixed quote that reflects the route, timing, size and handling requirements.
Your preferred date is part of an enquiry until the quote is accepted and the collection arrangements are confirmed. The enquiry form does not reserve capacity automatically.

Scheduled collections can suit customer orders, office items, supplier collections and other suitable business goods that do not need to leave immediately.

How far ahead can I request a collection?
Use the form to choose your preferred future date and time. We will review the request and confirm the available arrangements with the quote.
Does submitting a date reserve a courier?
No. The form sends a quote enquiry. Capacity is not reserved until the quote and collection arrangements have been accepted and confirmed separately.
What if the collection time is flexible?
Choose the closest preferred time and explain the available collection window in the notes. We will take that into account when reviewing the enquiry.
